We’ve introduced a new global procurement operating model. Wherever we work in the world, we’ll follow the same approach to category management and strategic sourcing:

Supporting technology
We’ve made some decisions about the supporting technology that we will use to underpin our new approach to procurement. We’re training all of our procurement teams to use:

- Ariba,Inc. for sophisticated spend analysis
- Engage for effective management of contract
